Personal knowledge library

LociArc keeps the links you read online, then extracts the content, writes a summary, classifies it by topic and builds a semantic index. When you need it, search in plain language and get answers cited from your own library.

Coming to iOS and Android. The Free plan needs no payment card.

Figure 01 · Processing pipeline

From a link to knowledge you can query

Every link passes through five stages. Each stage is recorded so the app can show progress in real time.

  1. capture

    Capture

Share from any app, save from the browser extension or send the link to the Telegram bot.

  2. scraping

    Extract

Fetch the page and pull out the main text, title and cover image. Articles, YouTube, X and images are recognised.

  3. summarizing

    Summarise and classify

Write a short summary, assign one of 13 topics, infer why it was saved and estimate reading time.

  4. embedding

    Index

Convert the content into a 1,536-dimension vector stored in PostgreSQL with an HNSW index.

  5. succeeded

    Ready

The item appears in your library, searchable by meaning and available as a source for questions.

iEach save uses 2 AI units. If processing stops part-way, unused units are refunded.

Figure 02 · Cited answers

Answers based only on what you have saved

Your question is matched semantically against the whole library. Only sufficiently relevant items are used as context, and every point in the answer links back to its source.

Says so when it does not know

If no item passes the similarity threshold, the system replies that your library has no information on it and refunds the question. No answers invented from outside knowledge.

Your saved articles agree on one point: getting 7 to 9 hours of sleep has a clearer effect on focus than working longer hours12. Two other pieces suggest a fixed wake-up time and limiting screen light in the hour before bed3.

Features

Every feature serves one job: finding and understanding again

Every plan includes all of the features below. Paid plans only extend capacity and usage limits.

See all features
01

Semantic search

Search by meaning rather than exact keywords. Typing “managing my time” still finds an article with a completely different title.

02

Ask your library

Ask in natural language and get an answer composed from several items, with numbered citations.

03

Knowledge Planet

Each topic is a bookshelf on a planet. One glance shows what you read most and what has been left behind.

04

Daily brief

A selection of unread items, led by the topic cluster you care about this week. Delivered by Telegram or email at your chosen time.

05

Memory Box and time capsule

Freeze a note on an article and get it back on the date you choose. The time capsule resurfaces what you saved exactly one year ago.

06

Save from anywhere

The share sheet on iOS and Android, an extension for Chrome, Edge and Brave, and a Telegram bot. One action and it is saved.

07

Sharing and export

Create a public link for a single item when needed. Export the whole library to JSON or Markdown at any time.

08

A structured library

Collections, stars and filters for today, unread and read. Read state is recorded when you open an item.

Your library, seen as a map
